What is Tapat Sa’yo?
- Tapat Sa’yo is a music showcase with solo performances and the first live performance of 4TH IMPACT’s newest single “Tapat Sa’yo.” After the music showcase, a mini fan gathering will be held at the same venue. Fan activities include a meet and greet, photo opportunity, and games with 4TH IMPACT.
When and where will Tapat Sa’yo be held?
- Tapat Sa’yo Music Showcase and Fan Gathering will be held on July 22, 2022 (FRIDAY) 7PM Philippine Time at the Teatrino Promenade, San Juan, Manila.
What are the different types of music showcase tickets?

How long will the event be?
- The music showcase will run for 1 hour and 30 minutes. While the fan gathering will run for 1 hour. The back-to-event will run for 2 hours and 30 minutes in total.
What are the mechanics for the meet and greet and photo opportunity?
- The meet and greet will start after the official program. SVIP ticket holders will be called per row at a maximum of 4 people per batch for the meet and greet and photo opportunity. VIP ticket holders will be called per row at a maximum of 10 people per batch for the meet and greet and photo opportunity. Fan interaction per batch will run for 1 minute maximum.
Are we allowed to take selfies with the members of 4TH IMPACT during the meet and greet?
- Using mobile phones to take selfies or vlog onstage is highly discouraged. Group photo opportunity will be taken only by the official event photographer. High quality photos will be sent via e-mail. Please make sure to register your correct e-mail when purchasing your ticket.
Are physical interactions with 4TH IMPACT allowed?
- Due to Alert Level 1 restrictions of COVID-19 in Metro Manila, we advise all fans to wear their masks properly and disinfect their hands. During the photo opportunity, 4TH IMPACT and fans will be blocked by a distance to observe necessary protocols.
What is the Tapat Sa’yo Souvenir?
- Tapat Sa’yo souvenir includes a postcard of 4TH IMPACT. SVIP ticket holders can claim a signed copy.
I purchased a SVIP/VIP ticket, what if I can’t attend the music showcase but want to claim my Tapat Sa’yo Souvenir?
- Kindly email 4thimpactmusic.official@gmail.com for your delivery details. Please send proof of purchase with order number. Shipping will be covered by the customer.
When can I watch the Online Replay?
- The Tapat Sa'yo Online Replay date will be announced via 4TH IMPACT's social media pages.
When is the start of ticket selling and until when can I purchase?
- Start of Ticket selling will be on 17 July 2022. Tickets are available via 4thimpactmusic.com. Tickets can be purchased until supplies last.
Where can I purchase a tickets?
- Tickets will be sold via 4thimpactmusic.com. Payment options include PayPal and credit card (with Visa or Mastercard logo only).
Can I purchase a ticket on the day of the event?
- Walk-in tickets will be sold at the venue on the day of the event. Ticket prices are as follows:
Can I choose my seat(s)?
- SVIP ticket holders are entitled to seats at Level 1. VIP ticket holders are entitled to seats from Level 2 to 3. Regular ticket holders are entitled to seats at Level 4 and 5. Balcony ticket holders are entitled to seats at the balcony. Seats are first come, first served.
What do I need to bring?
- Order confirmation E-mail
- To receive a physical ticket, guests are required to show a copy of their order confirmation e-mail at the front of house on the day of the event. Tickets are required upon entry to the theater.
- Vaccination card
- With the ongoing COVID Protocols, guests must be fully vaccinated to be able to enter Teatrino. Vaccination cards are required upon entry.
- Face mask
- Guests are required to wear face masks at all times. For the safety of everyone, guests unable to wear a proper face mask will not be admitted into the venue. Wearing of face shields is non-mandatory and voluntary.
What health and safety protocols are observed in the venue?
- Non-invasive thermal temperature scans.
- Points of entry will be limited to allow our security team to conduct non Invasive temperature checks utilizing thermal scanners. Anyone displaying a temperature of 37.7C or above will be taken to a private area for a secondary screening including a health declaration and a temporal temperature reading. Employees or guests confirmed to have a temperature of 37.7C or above will not be allowed entry to the property and will be directed towards appropriate medical care
- Face Coverings.
- Employees will be required to wear face coverings, unless management determines, in its discretion, that other safety protocols are sufficient to protect the employee and guests. Certain employees with significant exposure to guests for long periods of time will be allowed, at their discretion, to wear company issued N95 or equivalent masks. Guests are strongly encouraged to wear face coverings at all times, Guests may be required to briefly lower face coverings for identification purposes in compliance with regulatory and safety requirements.
- Physical Distancing
- Guests will be advised to practice physical distancing by standing at least six feet away from other groups of people not traveling with them while standing in lines, waiting for entry or moving around the property. Theater seating and other physical layouts will be arranged to ensure appropriate distancing. Employees will be reminded not to touch their faces and to practice physical distancing by standing at least six feet away from guests and other employees whenever possible. We will comply with government mandated occupancy limits.
- Disinfecting Public Areas.
- The frequency of cleaning and disinfecting has been increased in all public spaces with an emphasis on frequent contact surfaces including, but not limited to, front desk check-in counters, elevators and elevator buttons, door handles, public bathrooms, stair handrails and seating areas. Public restrooms throughout the venue will undergo an additional disinfection on a regular basis.
- Hand sanitizer stations.
- Hand sanitizer dispensers will be placed at entrances and contact areas such as reception areas/lobbies and restrooms.
- Disinfectant Door Mats.
- Sanitize shoes by stepping the mat with a disinfecting liquid regularly upon entering the venue.
- Employee & Guest Health Concerns.
- Our employees have been given clear instructions on how to respond swiftly to all presumed cases of COVID-19 on property. We will be ready to provide support to our guests. Employees are required to stay home if they do not feel well, if they or a household member have tested positive for COVID-19, and will be placed on a medical leave of absence pursuant to the company’s illness and absence policies. Employees are also instructed to contact a manager if they notice a co-worker or guest displaying or complaining of a cough, fever, shortness of breath, chills, a new loss of taste or smell, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat or other known symptoms of COVID-19. Employees and guests who are exhibiting any of the symptoms of COVID-19 while at the property are instructed to immediately notify their manager (employees) or security at lobby/entrance (guests or employees).
Are food and drinks allowed in the venue?
